m\u00eame dans ce cas, les chances de gu\u00e9rison compl\u00e8te sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es, de l&rsquo;ordre de 80 \u00e0 90 %.<\/p><p>Pourtant, il vaut mieux ne pas prendre de risque, car malgr\u00e9
